Dibcase Software, LLC has built case management software for legal and disability practices since 2019. What started as focused legal case management for Social Security disability firms has grown into a full platform — Dibcase ProApp — that brings case management, contacts, a leads pipeline, team chat, automations, an AI agent, and a secure client portal together under one login.
What we believe
Every firm works differently. Off-the-shelf software forces firms to bend to the tool; we'd rather the tool bend to the firm. That's why Dibcase is built as a platform of modules on one core — and why we're, at heart, a custom software company: when a firm needs something the platform doesn't have yet, we build it.
Where we're headed
ProApp is the go-forward Dibcase app, with its invite-only closed beta opening October 1, 2026. It's one login for Dibcase Core and every module — and the foundation we'll keep extending, one module at a time, alongside the firms who use it.
